Buffalo Cauliflower

I have been obsessed with this low carb, simple recipe that tastes amazing!

Ingredients:

One head of cauliflower

Olive oil

Sea salt

Garlic powder

Primal Kitchen Buffalo Sauce

Directions:

Preheat oven to 425 degrees

Wash and cut the cauliflower into a variety of sizes

Mix as much olive oil you want with the cauliflower and some salt in a large bowl

After all cauliflower is covered in sea salt and olive oil, place on a baking sheet (I spray cooking spray on the pan beforehand but you don’t have to)

Bake the cauliflower for 20-35 minutes, or until golden brown

Take out the cauliflower and let it cool for 5 minutes

Put cauliflower in a bowl and mix with Primal Kitchen Buffalo Sauce and garlic powder

After all the cauliflower is coated, place the cauliflower back on the baking sheet

Broil cauliflower for 5 minutes (keep your eye on them), if you don’t have a broiler place back in the oven for 5 minutes
