Guilt-Free Brownies

I recently have been making these low-carb/sugar, yummy guilt-free brownies that only have two ingredients and thought I’d share! Here’s a video on how to make it for all of the visual learners out there

Ingredients:

6 eggs

1 or 2 bags of any kind of chocolate chips (I use dark chocolate since it’s less sugar and tastes great!)

Instructions:

Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees

Separate the egg yolks from the egg whites

Set aside only two egg yolks in a bowl (can use more if you want, it’s just less fat with only two!)

Put all of the 6 egg whites into a bowl and mix on the highest speed until foamy

Pour the bag(s) of chocolate into a glass bowl and melt in the microwave

Right when the chocolate is completely melted, pour in the two egg yolks and mix (you can add nuts at this step if you want!)

Fold in the foamy egg whites with the melted chocolate and egg yolks

Spray a pan with non-stick spray

Pour in the egg whites/melted chocolate/egg yolk mixture

Top with nuts if you want!

Put in oven for 30-45 minutes!

Hope you all enjoy!
