Soul Cycle is the newest form of exercise, and it is super addictive!
I am still injured from running, and can only swim and bike. I got tired of riding a stationary bike at the gym, and had no motivation to work out. I heard about Soul Cycle and how much fun it is and so I decided to try it out. I absolutely LOOOVVEEE Soul Cycle and go almost every week.
Soul Cycle is a great way to have a fun time and also burn a ton of calories. The great thing about it, is that you can make it as hard or as easy as you want, by going faster or turning up/down the resistance knob.
When you sign up for the class you pick a specific instructor, bike, and time. You start on your bike, with the lights down low, and move to the music. The class also includes a small portion of weights and some stretching time at the end.
The instructors make their own playlists to motivate you throughout the class. Each instructor has their own techniques and playlists, but they are all great.
